The scope of the assignment were to 1) Assess the progress made in implementation of website improvements by Group 1 LSGs; 2) Provide Group 2 LSGs with detailed (baseline) assessments of their websites with recommendations for improvement and to provide necessary follow-up technical assistance for implementation of recommendations to all partnering LSGs; 3) Assist the City of Vranje in the finalization of their official website and create mechanisms for its proper updating and maintenance. DCG carried out the following activities: · Updating assessments of website conducted for Group 1 LSGs (Sombor, Šabac, Vrnjačka Banja, Raška, Sjenica and Dimitovgrad) to identify progress made in implementation of recommendations; · Assessments of official websites of Group 2 LSGs (Niš, Kragujevac, Novi Pazar, Sremska Mitrovica, Stari Grad, Žabalj), based on the website model developed by GAI and methodology used for assessments of websites of Group 1 LSGs, and provide recommendations for improvement; · Providing follow-up technical assistance to Group 2 LSGs through a workshop to be organized in Nis to assist their implementation of recommendations. Workshop should be organized for relevant LSG officials and persons responsible for website content maintenance and IT administrators. · Providing technical assistance to the City of Vranje in the process of development of the new website relating to development of internal procedure for website maintenance and support with content development (advice relating to migration of available internal data to the new website). |
