WHAT WE DID
The information management and communication needs of the Economic Security Project (ESP) component of the USAID-funded program, Preparedness, Planning and Economic Security (PPES) - changed as the program entered its sixth year of implementation and the project’s emphasis shifted to the ESP. A shift of overall emphasis to economic security related issues imposed the need for a different approach to information management and media/public information outreach, requiring different information management tools and techniques than previously applied to the program.
DCG provided advisory support to the program’s head of operations for data management, reporting and program impact assessment, event communications management, media relations, web site maintenance and creation of a program user interface.
